RETURNS POLICY


Product returns due to incorrect delivery

In cases where due to a Vasiliou Kosmima’s (“The Company”) mistake/incorrect products, other than those ordered by the customer, are delivered, the customer may return the incorrect product (to its original condition) within fourteen days (14)* to the Company, to determine the mistake.

The shipping cost of the product to the Company, as well as the replaced product’s shipping cost to the customer, are borne by the Company.

In case the incorrect product is returned, but after the inspection of the product reveals that the product is defective due to the customer’s misuse then no replacement will be provided. In this case, the shipping costs of the product to the Company is borne by the Company and the shipping cost to the customer, is borne by the customer.

Defective products returns

In case a product is defective due to a Company’s fault, the customer must inform the Company within one (1) hour after receiving. The customer may return the defective products to the Company within fourteen days (14)*. After the return of the product, the defect reported by the customer undergoes close inspection. In case the delineated defect is detected, the Company will proceed with the replacement of the product. In this case, the shipping cost of the product to the Company, as well as the shipping cost to the customer, are borne by the Company.

In case a defective product is returned, but an inspection of the product reveals that it is defective due to the customer’s misuse then no replacement will be provided, but the customer has the right to repair the product at his own cost. In this case, the shipping costs of the product to the Company is borne by the Company and the shipping cost to the customer, is borne by the customer. The customer has the right to repair the product by its own cost.

Exchanges

If you are unsure or have changed your mind about a product purchase you have already made, then you may return the product within fourteen days (14)*, and you may exchange the product with another. In such a case, the product should not be used or damaged, while it should be accompanied by retail receipt and its complete packaging.

The product will be received and inspected by the Company and then will be exchanged with another product of the same value (value based on the amount of money the customer has paid to the Company and not at the value of the product, as is the case with discounts) or greater value by paying the difference.

Shipping costs for either returning the product to the Company or shipping the product back to the customer, are borne by the customer.

*Important Notes

All returns will be made with the Company’s return method suggested.

All returns will be made within fourteen (14) days after the day of receiving the product.

Earrings and Custom Made products returns are not allowed.

For any case the customer has the right to return the product, but does not do so within 14 days, then it means that he accepts the product and its condition. Therefore, the product will not fall under the Company’s Return Policy.

Refunds are not permitted.
